I was really excited to try the zipline, but it ended up being such a letdown. For what I paid, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I left feeling bummed instead of thrilled.

I came mainly to check out the mountain bike trails and left disappointed. The trails were rough, but not in a fun or challenging way, more like they just needed better upkeep. Some of the signage was confusing too, which made the ride more frustrating than it needed to be. For what it costs, I expected the experience to feel a lot more worth it. I’m careful about spending money on places like this, and I don’t think I’d pay to ride here again.

I only went there once, so I’m just going off what I remember from that visit, but it didn’t really make me feel safe. The safety instructions felt kind of rushed, and I don’t remember anyone taking much time to explain things clearly. The staff seemed busy and a bit distracted, so I ended up leaving with a uneasy feeling. Maybe other people had a better experience, but based on mine, I wouldn’t go back

The lot was close, which was nice, but it seemed to fill up really quickly. Not sure if it’s always like that, but it was just okay for me.

The rental gear really felt like it had seen better days. The boots were uncomfortable and started hurting quickly, and the skis looked old and beat up. I tried reaching out to support about it, but I just kept getting passed around and asked the same questions without a real fix. Overall, not a great experience

I tried to make a reservation, but the booking kept failing over and over, which got frustrating. It was one of those small things that reminds you how much a smooth process matters, especially when you’re just trying to get plans set and move on with your day.

I don’t think this was worth the money. For what you actually get, the price feels way too high, almost like they’re hoping people won’t look too closely before buying.

I get that conditions can be tough and weather doesn’t always cooperate, but it felt like they barely made snow before letting people out there

I had a good time rafting, and the guides definitely seemed experienced and knew how to keep things fun and safe. I was expecting the whole day to be a bit more organized though. Check-in felt a little chaotic, and there was more waiting around than I thought there would be. Overall, it was still a fun day on the water, just a bit more rushed and less smooth than I’d hoped.

Went up last weekend and the snow was great, nice packed powder and barely icy, which was awesome. Had a really fun day riding with friends. I mean, nothing life-changing or whatever, but yeah, it was a solid time and I’d definitely go again.

I went to Berkshire East last weekend with my sister, and while the place itself was fine, the overall vibe was kind of brought down by the staff.

There were a couple of people who were genuinely helpful, but most of the staff we dealt with seemed irritated when we asked basic questions. Even at check-in, it felt like we were inconveniencing them, which isn’t exactly what you want after paying to be there.

Maybe they were just having a busy or stressful day, but a little patience and friendliness would’ve made a big difference. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I’m not in a huge rush to go back.

I had a question and wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it, but they got back to me way faster than I expected. The whole thing was easy, and they actually answered what I asked instead of making it more confusing. Maybe my expectations are just low with customer service, but this was a nice surprise.

I don’t know, the lodge just wasn’t very comfortable. It felt cold inside and kind of cramped, like there wasn’t really anywhere to properly settle in. The seats were hard too, which made it hard to relax for long. I was hoping it’d be a cozy place to hang out, but… yeah, not really. I probably wouldn’t stay around there again.

I went to Berkshire East hoping to get in some fun advanced runs, but it ended up being a letdown. The steeper trails felt short and repetitive, and a few sections got scraped off fast, so it turned icy quicker than I expected. I also kind of felt passed around from one area to another trying to find something more challenging, but nothing really hit the mark.
It’s probably a solid spot for families, beginners, or people just looking for a relaxed day on the mountain. But if you’re making the trip mainly for advanced terrain, I’d temper expectations. The lift lines weren’t the problem for me — there just wasn’t enough exciting terrain to make it feel worth it.

I got a season pass for Berkshire East this year. It was a decent deal if you can get there a lot. I had some really fun days. But a few weekends were way too crowded. Conditions were also kind of hit or miss. Overall, it was okay. I’m just not sure I used it enough to make it fully worth it.
